What is Southeast Label’s Return Policy?
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Exchange requests beyond 7 days grace period will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you received it - unworn, unused, and with it’s original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
When we receive your return and confirm it adheres to our policy, we will reach out to you about the next steps. If we confirm that the return is eligible, we will either:
- Exchange the product for another size, subject to availability
- Refund the price of the returned product to the original payment method used for the purchase
